All of my pottery is handmade with stoneware clay and food-safe glazes. They are all microwave and dishwasher safe.

I do not accept returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order please reach out and I will do my best to fix it.

Damaged parcels are extremely rare. If your box arrives damaged please take photos of the damage and the shipping label. Photos are required to submit an insurance claim, which will help me replace your order. I will also submit a claim if your parcel goes missing.

All of my ceramics are packaged in recycled boxes and materials that have been donated to myself by local Port Alice citizens. I source materials that are structurally sound and in good condition to ensure your parcel is safe through transport. All of my packing materials are re-purposed and because of this not all packages will look uniform. I often use a combo of reused packing paper, biodegradable peanuts, and bubble wrap.

For North Vancouver Island residents, I am happy to coordinate a delivery or meet up time, or you can also schedule a pick-up time with me here in Port Alice. If you forgot to select “Pick up/Delivery” at the check out and paid for shipping, I will refund the shipping charge. The shipping price for a 1-2 mug box within Canada is approx. $15-$30 CAD depending on how close you are to Vancouver Island, BC. I ship all packages with tracking using Canada Post or Purolator.

The shipping price for a 1-2 mug box is approximately $25-$35 USD. I ship all orders to the US with tracking through Canada Post, which transfers to UPS. Depending on the value of your order, there could be a duty charge on ceramic imports from Canada. This tax will be charged when the item is delivered to you.

I offer worldwide shipping with Canada Post. Shipping for a 1-2 mug box is approx. $35-45 CAD. I try to ship everything with the lowest rates possible, and I will refund any overages if shipping to your country ends up being cheaper. Depending on your country there could be a VAT or duty charge on ceramic imports from Canada. This tax will be charged when the item is delivered to you.
